Cocoa, cookies, and Christmas! Date TBD (afternoon in mid December)

Grab your mug and join the neighborhood for a festive afternoon together! Stroll from driveway to driveway, or even jog across the block to sip on warm seasonal beverages while meeting your neighbors!

How it works:

• Walk or jog through the neighborhood and visit the “reindeer stations” hosted by your neighbors.

• Each participating home will set up a small table or station in their driveways featuring something fun or delicious! (Think: Hot cocoa, cider, tea, coffee, cookies, sweet breads, candy canes or candies, baked goods, coloring pages or crafts for kids, fire pits for warming stations, caroling, music and more.) Like trick or treating but Christmas Treating for all ages in a more relaxed, cozy setting.

• We’ll share a map of homes volunteering to set up stations, plus a few magical stops for some fun holiday surprises!

• Hosting is simple, just choose one offering (a treat or drink or activity) to share. You can team up with neighbors or go solo. The more the merrier for a successful event! Not Hosting? You can still join in!

• Set out luminaries or string lights to brighten the path.

• Donate supplies (cocoa mix, marshmallows, cups, etc.) to help hosts.

• Just come out and enjoy the holiday magic and celebrate our community with us.
